Transfers for Coated & Water-Repellent Fabrics

Water-repellent jackets, wind breakers and other outdoor clothing with coatings are difficult to print with standard transfers. Our Nylonflex transfers are specially developed with strong adhesive that bonds securely to nylon/polyamide and most coated fabrics. This ensures logos and prints remain in perfect condition, even with intensive use and changing weather conditions.

Transfers for softshell

Softshell jackets and outdoor body warmers present unique challenges for printing. Dark softshell fabrics often cause bleeding, where fabric pigments seep into the print, leading to discoloration.

Our Superflex silicone transfers solve this issue: silicone inks cannot bleed, so logos and prints always stay bright and crisp.

Reflective transfers

For outdoor clothing that requires extra visibility in low-light conditions or at night, reflective transfers are the solution. They make logos, texts, and accents stand out on jackets, wind breakers, and other outerwear. Our reflective transfers are water-based screen prints, available in standard silver or multiple colors, offering a strong 350 lux reflection for optimal visibility and safety.

Printing sportswear with jersey numbers, club logos and sponsor logos

Printing for Sublimated Polyester

Sportswear for team sports such as football, basketball, rugby, hockey etc. is often made from sublimated polyester fabrics. When printing on this type of fabric, the problem of dye migration often occurs: the color pigments from the sublimated polyester penetrate into the logo, resulting in discoloration. This problem can easily be avoided by working with textile transfers that are provided with an extra protective layer, namely a subli-blocker or anti-bleeding layer. Araflex Anti-bleeding is the perfect quality for creating jersey numbers and player names. Digiflex Anti-bleeding is the full color variant, ideal for club logos or sponsor logos in multiple colors.

Printing for Cotton/Polyester

Voor sportkleding waar geen gevaar is voor doorbloeding, zoals katoenen t-shirts en sweaters, of kledij van een mix katoen/polyester, sporttassen etc. kunnen de standaard kwaliteiten Araflex en Digiflex gebruikt worden. Beide kwaliteiten worden gemaakt met inkten op waterbasis.

Printing jackets and softshell

Outdoor sportswear often includes a jacket or bodywarmer. Printing these garments requires a specific transfer.

When printing softshell jackets, the problem of dye migration often occurs: the color pigments from the softshell jacket penetrate into the logo, even with a subli-blocker. With the silicone transfer Superflex we offer the ideal solution for this problem: the silicone inks are naturally anti-bleeding, the pigments from the softshell cannot penetrate into them, and the logos remain beautifully white.

Voor jassen die geen softshell zijn, maar bv. wel behandeld werden met een waterafstotende coating, kunnen onze Nylonflex kwaliteiten de oplossing bieden. Deze worden gemaakt met een specifieke lijm die goed hecht op nylon, flexothane en gecoate stoffen.

Printing lycra and elastic sportswear

Some sportswear is extremely stretchable, think of lycra cycling clothing, swimsuits, swimming caps etc. This elastic sportswear requires an elastic print. The silicone transfer Superflex is the ideal solution for this: thanks to the silicone-based inks, these prints are extremely elastic, and stretch along without breaking.
