ARA NV Expands Machine Park with SPS Astron QX
In April 2025, we further expanded our machine park with the SPS Astron QX, an advanced and fully automatic hybrid screen printing line with camera registration.
This exceptionally precise and versatile screen printing machine can both finish digital HP Indigo productions in screen printing and perform full-fledged screen printing productions on a larger format. As a result, it increases our capacity for both Araflex and Digiflex transfers in one go.
Thanks to this investment, we can deploy our production capacity even more flexibly, depending on where the bottleneck is in the process. This allows us to keep our delivery times short and our quality consistently high.
Our machine park currently consists of five fully automatic and two three-quarter automatic lines, which can also operate in a shift system during peak periods.
Thanks to the strong growth in recent years, our machine park is young, innovative, and technologically cutting-edge.
All lines are equipped with high-efficiency gas dryers of the latest generation, ensuring an extremely energy-efficient drying process. This way, we combine top quality with sustainability — every day anew.
